Cairo – (Luxury Dahabiya Nile Cruise, Luxor – Aswan)
We will take you on the journey of a lifetime around Egypt, Egypt’s Majesty. The tour features a 7-night luxury cruise between Luxor and Aswan on a Luxury Dahabiya Nile Cruise that carries only 14-18 passengers. This is one of our most popular Egypt private guided tours and provides visitors with an unforgettable vacation down the peaceful, life-giving waters of the Nile. This luxury tour also includes visits to the temple of Abu Simbel and the majestic Pyramids, the King’s Valley, Egyptian Museum.
Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, an airport representative will greet you in front of customs and immigration and facilitate the included visa process for you. Continue to the baggage claim hall, where you will be met by your driver for a private transfer to your luxurious hotel. Enjoy time at leisure to explore at your own pace or relax at your hotel.
Enjoy a private custom tour exploring the iconic Great Pyramids of Giza, the ancient capital of Memphis, and the step pyramid at Saqqara. This luxury tour includes a private vehicle with a driver, a trained Egyptologist, and entry to either the Chephren (Khafre) or Menkaure (Mycerinus) Pyramids, as well as the Solar Boat.
Lunch at a great local restaurant is provided.
In the afternoon, you will be picked up before sunset from your hotel to travel to the desert. Your private guide will lead you out into the desert on your choice of camel or horse, where you can enjoy watching the sunset with a panoramic view of the Great Pyramids. This evening includes a stop for dinner at a Bedouin restaurant.
Transfer by private vehicle to Cairo Airport for your included flight to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, a private vehicle will transfer you to begin your afternoon exploration of the East Bank. Enjoy a private custom tour with a qualified Egyptologist guide, visiting the stunning Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple. Walk along Sphinx Avenue to enter the Karnak complex as your guide explains its massive construction. Continue to Luxor Temple, which was once joined to the Temples of Karnak by the mile-long Sphinx Avenue. After your tours, your elegant Dahabiya awaits. The crew will welcome you on board, and your bags will be taken to your cabins. Enjoy your lunch on board

Accommodation: A luxurious Dahabiya cruise
Breakfast on board. Cross to the West Bank to explore some of the most incredible sites in the country. You will visit the Valley of the Kings on a private custom tour, where you will have the chance to explore three tombs. These tombs were constructed for the kings, including King Tut, and powerful nobles of the New Kingdom. Then it’s off to the nearby Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the recently renovated mortuary temple of the most powerful and famous woman in ancient Egyptian history. The tour also includes a visit to the huge Colossi of Memnon, which is all that remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Afterwards, board your Dahabiya again, have your lunch on board, and continue sailing towards Esna.
Breakfast on board your Dahabiya. Disembark to visit the Temple of Khnum in Esna. This temple is dedicated to the ram-headed god Khnum (the god of Fertility). Its construction began during King Thutmosis III’s reign and was completed during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods. Inscriptions on the temple wall nominate the important figures related to its creation. Return to your Dahabiya after the tour. Lunch will be served on board as you sail to the island of El Hegz.
After breakfast, you will sail to El-Kab to visit the tombs of the governors of the ancient city and the ruins of the temple where Hathor and Horus used to meet. Lunch will be served on board while navigating to Edfu. Upon arrival, you will visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. This is the best-preserved Egyptian temple in the world, dominating the city’s western edge. Continue sailing to the calm, green El Fawaza island, where you will enjoy a romantic evening on the shores or a walk through the green fruit plantations. A barbecue dinner will be served on Fawaza Island, followed by an overnight stay on board.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Breakfast is served while sailing to El Ramadi, an old Nile fishing village. You will stop in this small town, which is devoid of tourists and off the beaten track, to roam freely and interact with the friendly locals. Ramadi is discovered in the midst of banana, sugarcane, and hibiscus plantations. Lunch is served on the way to Djebel el-Silsila. In ancient times, its quarries yielded countless stones for the famous temples in Thebes and along the River Nile, with up to 3,000 men working here. You can also see numerous colored chapels used as cenotaphs for high officials and the Speos of Horemheb, a well-preserved and beautifully decorated rock temple. Afterwards, you will sail to the picturesque El Beshir island, where you will spend the night.
Breakfast on board while sailing to Kom Ombo to visit the temples of Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the falcon god. The Kom Ombo Temple is a unique dual temple, picturesquely standing on a promontory in a Nile bend where sacred crocodiles basked on the riverbank in ancient times. This sandstone temple was built during the Ptolemaic period. After visiting Kom Ombo Temple, your Dahabiya will continue sailing towards Aswan. Lunch will be served on the way.
Begin your private custom tour in Aswan with a visit to the impressive Aswan High Dam, followed by the Temple of Philae, which was dedicated to the Goddess of magic. The temple was built on Philae Island and attracted pilgrims from all over the ancient world before being re-erected on Agilika Island due to the High Dam’s construction. Stop at the old site of the main granite quarry to visit the Unfinished Obelisk, where you will see a practical demonstration of ancient cutting methods. In the afternoon, your private guide will pick you up for a private Felucca (sailboat) ride. You will sail and take pictures of the most beautiful part of the Nile in Egypt, cruising around Kitchener Island (a botanical garden) and Elephantine Island, and passing the Agha Khan Mausoleum.
After breakfast, transfer by private vehicle to Aswan Airport for your included flight to Abu Simbel (approximately 45 minutes). Here, you will meet your private guide and tour one of the most magnificent temples in Nubia and Upper Egypt – the Temple of Ramesses II, with its 30-meter high facade guarded by four colossal statues of the pharaoh. The interior, dug over sixty meters into the rock, is beautifully decorated. You will also visit the Temple of Nefertari, Ramesses’ wife, a simplified version where the statues of the king and queen adorning the façade are remarkably equal in size. After visiting Abu Simbel, your private guide will take you back to Abu Simbel airport, where you will take another included flight to Cairo (approximately 2 hours). Your private guide will transfer you from Cairo Airport to your luxurious hotel.
Discover the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities and its famous Mummy Room on a private tour with a highly knowledgeable guide. The museum holds the treasures from the tomb of King Tut, Egypt’s most famous boy King. In the evening, enjoy a luxurious and delicious Egyptian dinner at a traditional restaurant located in the heart of the Khan El Khalili bazaar. Afterwards, stroll down Al Moaz Street to view the largest concentration of medieval architectural treasures from the Islamic world. The tour includes an exclusive private visit to Beit El Seheimy, a historic house normally closed to the public. A qualified private guide, private vehicle, and private driver are provided throughout the evening. Upon the conclusion of your tour, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
After breakfast at your hotel and check-out, you will be transferred by private vehicle to Cairo International Airport for your departure flight, filled with unforgettable memories of your epic Egyptian journey.

Booking and Payment Policy:
At the time of booking, you are required to pay a deposit of at least 30% of the total tour price to confirm the booking. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival in cash, making your payment process as easy as possible. You can pay the deposit by:

PayPal transfer (with a 5% fee).
Payment Link or Credit & Debit Card (adding 5% fees)
Bank transfer (Based on your Bank fees).
If you want to change anything about your booking, we would like to help you to do that, based on the possibility and availability, so please send us a message with your request and we will check it.
Cancellation Policy:
Fair Cancellation Policy: (Excluding Peak Periods)
If you cancel your trip, you’ll have to pay:
15% of the tour price if you cancel until 61 days before your arrival.
35% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
50% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines also have their fees, and there’s a 5% bank fee on refunds.
Fair Cancellation Policy for Christmas, New Year, and Easter Vacation:
If you cancel your trip, you’ll have to pay:
25% of the tour price if you cancel until 61 days before your arrival.
50% of the tour price if you cancel 60-31 days before arrival.
75% of the tour price if you cancel 30-15 days before arrival.
100% of the tour price if you cancel 14-1 days before arrival.
Additionally, airlines also have their fees, and there’s a 5% bank fee on refunds.
Refunds
If you need a refund, we’ll send it back the same way you paid. If you don’t show up for your reservation, we can’t give you a refund. We also deduct a 5% bank fee from all refunds.
Children Policy:
Policy 1: Nile cruises and packages with accommodation:
Children between 0 and 5 years old are free of charge.
Children between 6 and 12 years old get a 50% discount off the full amount of the package.
Children who are 12 or older are considered adults.
Policy 2: for sightseeing tours & shore excursions without accommodation:
Children under 5 can join sightseeing tours and shore excursions without paying anything.
Children under 12 can join these tours by paying only half the cost of an adult.
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
Note: Each child will have an extra fee if your package includes domestic flights.
Special Requests Policy:
At Glee Tours, we want to make sure that you have a good time during your trip. If you have any special requests, please let us know when you book your trip. We will try our best to fulfill them, but we cannot promise that we can do everything, such as booking specific seats. We will do our best to tell our suppliers about your requests, but sometimes they cannot be done. Please know that we will always try to make your experience special and enjoyable, even if we cannot fulfill all of your requests.
TIPPING IN EGYPT
Tipping is a common and appreciated practice for good service (Not Obligatory). As a reference:
Tour guides: $15–$25 per person per day
Drivers: $5–$10 per person per day
Travel coordinator: $5–$10 per person per day
Cruise crew: $10–$15 per person per day
Restaurants & cafés: 10–15% of the total bill

However, we want to make sure you are aware that we cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, delay, or damage that may occur during your trip. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any cancellations made by hotels or restaurants or for any unforeseeable events such as extreme weather, war, civil disturbances, theft, or mechanical breakdowns. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance to ensure that you are covered in case of any unfortunate incidents. Please note that we will not charge you any extra fees.

During your tour, the tour operator may take pictures and videos of you to use for advertising. However, they will always ask for your permission first. If you do not want to be in any pictures or videos, please let the travel consultant know.
